What’s happening at Cancer Connection

The Patriot Board

Stop by the Monroe Center during May to visit our Patriot Board. For one dollar, you can honor your veteran and place their picture on our tree (a copy that doesn’t need to be returned, please). Or purchase a flag or star in honor of your loved one that served. All funds raised benefit the Cancer Connection ~ helping people right here in Monroe County! Happy Memorial Day!

FOR OUR SPECIAL EVENTS, VISIT THE SPECIAL EVENTS PAGE! (See the note on our Cancer Garden and call us for information on our August Luau - 241-8888)

"The Musketeers"

"Fighting cancer one needle at a time!"

The Monroe Center Musketeers, a sewing group for the Cancer Connection, have an overabundance of lined blue pads. These pads have hand-sewn, soft cotton material on the skin-facing side, with no stitches showing to avoid chafing of skin. If you or someone you know could use these please let us know. They work great for protecting seats, cars, and beds from leakage.
