Our center is In the top 1% in the country ~ Nationally Accredited by the National Institute of Senior Centers and the National Council on Aging!
 

Welcome to the one-stop center where seniors and others enjoy a wealth of programming, activities, support, information and assistance, social settings, and great food!

Join a Tai Chi class to center your spirit and body . . surf cyberspace on free internet access . . join our lively exercise class . . use legal or support services . .volunteer to help others . . hop on the treadmills or stationary bikes . . and enjoy the best salad bar in town!

Our goal here at the center is to lead in information and assistance for quality lifestyles and healthy aging! We truly believe in the involvement of mind, body, and spirit in life to remain vital and independent. We will continue to offer the support programs and information to assist you in any way we can.

Aaron Simonton, Monroe Center for Healthy Aging Executive Director, and John Kibble, Mercy Memorial Hospital System Vice President of Development, pose with the CVS/NCOA "Prescription for Better Health & Wellness" Award, presented to the organization at the Michigan Association of Senior Centers fall conference.  The award recognized the MMHS and Pfizer sponsored "Health Odyssey," a monthly complimentary lunch series with health education presentations.
